Yes. As a former military physician, I have a deep respect for and understanding of the unique stressors faced by veterans and active duty service members. My trauma-informed approach provides a safe, grounded space to support mental health and nervous system regulation.

I specialize in San Diego Integrative Psychiatry, Osteopathic Medicine, and Restorative Care like mindfulness-based stress reduction, acupuncture, and ketamine-assisted therapy support. Each plan is uniquely tailored, blending traditional and natural therapies to meet you where you are.
