Restorative Care

I offer a range of restorative therapies designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and rediscover your inner balance. These evidence-informed modalities can be integrated into your broader care plan or used as standalone support for your healing journey.

Whether you’re working through chronic pain, emotional fatigue, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself, restorative care offers gentle yet impactful ways to nourish your whole being.

What I Offer

Each therapy below reflects my holistic, trauma-informed approach to care. I’ll work with you to determine which of these options best aligns with your needs and goals:

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

An 8-week, evidence-based program that teaches mindfulness and meditation techniques to reduce stress, manage pain, and enhance emotional resilience. Especially beneficial for anxiety, depression, and chronic illness.

Acupuncture

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture stimulates specific points on the body to restore energy flow (Qi), reduce inflammation, and support physical and emotional balance. It’s a powerful tool for pain relief, hormonal regulation, digestion, and mood stabilization.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

For those experiencing treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, or chronic emotional distress, I offer referrals and ongoing integrative support for ketamine-assisted therapy. This includes preparation and post-session care to ensure your healing is grounded, safe, and transformative.

Who This Is For

These services are ideal for those who:

  • Feel overwhelmed or stuck in cycles of stress
  • Are navigating trauma, burnout, or grief
  • Need body-centered, non-verbal therapeutic tools
  • Want to complement traditional treatments with holistic care
  • Are ready to reconnect with themselves through a gentler, more intuitive approach

Why Restorative Care Matters

Healing isn’t always about doing more—it’s about listening more deeply. In a culture that pushes productivity, restorative care invites stillness, awareness, and reconnection. These therapies create the space your body and spirit need to process and realign.

This work is about remembering that rest is medicine, too.
